B. JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Main duties

• Driving a car as directed by management to meet transport needs for people and goods at the right time and place and by the right route, ensuring safety and compliance with traffic laws.
• Keeping the keys and vehicle documents and looking after the assigned car, ensuring there is no loss or damage and that it is not used by others without authorization.
• Proposing plans for and carrying out vehicle servicing and maintenance and purchasing vehicle insurance as required; checking technical parameters to detect faulty parts promptly, keeping the vehicle clean… and proposing remedial measures to ensure the vehicle is always ready for use.
• Submitting claims for and settling costs arising from the operation and use of the car in their charge (fuel, servicing, maintenance, repairs, road tolls, parking fees
• Keeping confidential the content of work discussed in the car, and not spreading rumors or making disparaging remarks that would damage the reputation of customers or the Company.

2. Job requirements

• Age: 25 – 40
• Gender: male
• Good health, sound judgment, honest, careful and responsible at work
• Qualifications: high school graduate with a class B2 driving licence or higher
• Thorough knowledge of traffic law and familiarity with Hanoi’s roads;
• Passionate about the job and looking for a long-term career with the company.
• Experience: at least 3 years’ experience driving for senior executives.
• Knowledgeable about cars and able to look after them well.
• Well-groomed, presentable appearance; over 1.70 m tall.
• Other requirements: able to handle situations, travel away on business and work outside office hours

3. Working hours & location:

• Hours: 26 days/month, 8 hours/day or as directed by the line manager in accordance with current labor law.
• Location: No. 204 Nguyen Tuan, Nhan Chinh Ward, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi.
