B. JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Main duties

• Translating between Vietnamese and Japanese the content of articles and advertisements on Mescells’ fanpages, website and YouTube channel, such as: https://mescells.com/ ; https://www.facebook.com/mescellsvn ; …..
• Writing articles and content on culture and service (for example, service in the spirit of omotenashi) and information relating to Japan …
• Taking responsibility for translation and interpreting between Japanese and Vietnamese and for tasks that require Japanese language skills.
• Supporting communication and passing on information/work requests between Vietnamese staff and Japanese customers by email or directly.
• Researching information on partners, customers and products relating to Japan.
• Supporting the running of Japan – Vietnam seminars.
• Helping Vietnamese staff prepare reports in Japanese.
• Supporting communication and passing on information/work requests between Vietnamese staff and Japanese customers by email or directly.
• Other tasks as arranged by the manager and the leadership.

2. Job requirements

• Age: 20-24
• Gender: female/male
• Qualifications: no restriction. Final-year students or recent graduates of the Japanese departments of the University of Languages and International Studies, Hanoi University, Vietnam National University Hanoi, Foreign Trade University… are preferred.
• Certificates: Japanese language certificates. N2 or above preferred
• Good Japanese translation and interpreting skills.
• Proficient in office skills such as Microsoft Office and IT.
• Careful, meticulous and highly responsible at work.
