Ứng dụng Tế Bào Gốc Trung Mô (MSCs) trong hỗ trợ ghép tạng
MSC có thể phát triển nhanh chóng trong đĩa nuôi cấy, tiết ra rất nhiều yếu tố tăng trưởng và cytokine thông qua cơ chế cận tiết của chúng, và đã được theo đuổi vì khả năng tạo ra sự dung nạp cấy ghép. Việc truyền MSC từ cả nguồn tự thân và đồng loại như một liệu pháp tế bào đã được thực hiện nhờ khả năng giảm việc sử dụng thuốc ức chế miễn dịch ở những người nhận ghép tạng.
